Key components of NGRT applications
NGRT S.L. is a company focusing on railway safety, helping infrastructure managers and train operators secure their infrastructure and operations. Our products are designed to detect any approaching trains or various types of rolling stock at any location in all weather conditions, as well as anomalies alongside the railway tracks giving increased safety of the railway personnel and public, with significantly reduced costs for our customers.
NGRT Main Assembly
NGRT IO Unit
NGRT Control Unit
NGRT Information and Diagnotic Unit
The Main Assembly is based on the industry standard 19” 3U rack specification, which can be placed into any existing REB (Relocatable Equipment Building), existing trackside enclosure or in a suitable NGRT certified enclosure. The MA contains an I/O Unit, Power supply, up to 8 Control Units and an Information & Diagnostic Unit. The MA can operate up to 3 different NGRT applications based on our client’s requirements.
Unit for routing data and system performance from Vibration Detection Units, and any external signaling devices connected into the NGRT Control Unit.
The unit which enables our clients, partners and maintainers to see instantly the status and performance of the MA and its applications showing status of all attached components in real-time. Used to reduce time and costly on-site maintenance.
Responsible for processing data obtained from Vibration Detection Units. It is possible to install up to eight NGRT Control Units, combining up to 3 different Applications in one NGRT Main Assembly to satisfy the required level of redundancy.
NGRT Power Unit
Units attached to the rail responsible for detecting, analysing and processing the vibrations and information taken from the rails and sending this to the MA and Control Units. Depending on the type of application and client request for redundancy, a standard installation requires 4 units per track, 2 per rail but can also be configured with 2 units per track, 1 on each rail.
NGRT Vibration Detection Unit
The Power unit comes in three different versions, 40W, 80W and 120W all depending on clients configuration and requirements.
